Yoga Retreats
Don’t we all deserve a break away, where everything is organised for us so that we can just relax? When we step out of our busy everyday lives, we give ourselves a chance to gain a fresh perspective and allow ourselves to be inspired.

Weekly Yoga classes are a great way to start and help maintain a yoga movement (asana) practice. Yoga Retreats, however, give us so much more time to delve deeper into all the other aspects of Yoga and to explore ways of incorporating them into our everyday lives. On Retreat we have more time to play with our movement practice, to lie longer in ‘Shavasana’, to settle into our breath work (pranayama), and to luxuriate in restorative poses.

I love taking groups on Retreat and have been fortunate to do so since 2017, happily honing my skills all the time. While I offer a variety of types of retreats for all levels of experience, the common elements connecting them all are as follows:

The Island Escape
Heir Island, West Cork
Friday 24th - Sunday 26th May 2024
This retreat was such a massive hit last year, I can't wait to go back. Just a short ferry ride across Roaring Water Bay, you can leave all your worries behind on the mainland and enter your own Island Escape. Breath taking scenery, kayaking, swimming, walking and of course lots of different yoga practices to explore.
I expect this one to sell out very quickly!
