WHAT PEOPLE SAY

JOANNA
“Kate brings a rare and beautiful combination of mindfulness, compassion, and deep understanding to her teaching. What stands out most is her ability to create a space that feels truly non-judgmental—where every body, especially those navigating the changes of midlife, is welcomed and honoured. Her classes offer the right amount of challenge, always guided by a deep respect for individual needs and limitations. Kate’s insight into the physical and emotional shifts that come with age makes her teaching especially empowering.”

GEORGINA
“I religiously attend Kates class every week. It's my "me time" and is the perfect balance of stretching, flows, and mindfulness. The time just flies, and I always come out of it relaxed, positive, and energised. I particularly look forward to our outdoor classes in the summer. Someone once asked me when you start feeling the difference, and I found myself saying I notice when I don't go! I was nervous starting by myself but it's one of the best decisions I've made ”

FIONA
I first went to Kate’s mother and baby class as a fun way to get some exercise and meet other new moms. Kate is so welcoming and such a great teacher - she made the class really enjoyable despite the chaos of the babies! I then moved on to the evening classes which are both challenging and mindful. I love how each class has its own goal to work towards no matter your level!

PATRICIA
As a senior, I have being doing Yoga with Kate for a few years now.
It’s always great fun and individual attention is given.

I would highly recommend her classes which cater for all ages .

Your Teacher
Kate Cuddy
I have been practising yoga in its many forms for over 20 years. I qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor (RYT 200+) in 2012 with further Teen Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, Yin Yoga teacher training in 2016, Children's Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, Yoga for Stages of the Menopause Training in 2020 and Teaching Mother & Baby Yoga in 2023.
I love to explore all forms of yoga and get creative with my classes, fusing what I’ve learned over the years from numerous teachers with my own style and mixing it into my classes in a fun, energetic, nourishing and nurturing way.

I teach a combination of gentle Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a more dynamic and physically challenging form of Yoga which strengthens and increases flexibility in the body and relieves tension and stress in the mind.

I believe that Yoga is for EVERYBODY - or at least anyone who WANTS to try it! Young and old, flexible and inflexible, fit and unfit, male and female! Therefore, I teach a number of different yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities. I am particularly interested in supporting women at all stages of their life journey - from puberty, through early motherhood and into the various stages of menopause and of course everything in between.
