The Island Escape

Just a short ferry ride across Roaring Water Bay, you can leave all your worries behind on the mainland and enter your own Island Escape. Breath taking scenery, kayaking, swimming, walking and of course lots of different yoga practices to explore.
As this has been such a big hit with previous attendees and the fact that it is my only weekend retreat this year, I expect this to sell out very quickly, so book don't delay - book your space today!
What happens on the retreat?
We will be taking a short walk down a country lane to Heir Island Retreat Centre for our yoga classes morning and evening, where we are treated to amazing views over Roaring Water Bay as we practice.
We will take silent walks for meditation and have time to rest, read, and journal.
There will also be the opportunity to take a kayaking tour with Heir Island Sailing School and/or book a massage with a local therapist (both optional extras).
What accommodation is available?
All our food and accommodation needs will be catered for at Roaring Water Lodge, which has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard with 5 en-suite bedrooms. Three of the rooms are family rooms and sleep 3 or 4 in single beds. I have priced these a little lower. There is one room with twin beds.
I'm afraid there is no single occupancy option on this retreat.

There is a maximum of 12 places on this retreat, so make sure you book yours before they all go.

Kayaking is €25 per person (includes kayak hire, wetsuit and instructor/guide). This payment can be included when booking or closer the retreat date if you prefer.​
Where do you stay?
There is nothing like escaping to one of our own stunning islands to make you feel like you are completely removed from life as you know it. A short ferry ride will deliver you to this quiet (almost car-free) magical little piece of heaven.
