Spring into New Beginnings
Glen of Aherlow, Tipperary
Friday 24th - Sunday 26th March 2023
This weekend Yoga retreat will take place nestled in the foothills of the Galtee mountains. Take time away from all of life’s demands and enjoy space to reflect, reassess and reset. It can be a time for introspection or to just enjoy your Yoga practice and the beautiful nature surrounding you.
Taking cues from nature, this retreat takes place just a few days after the Spring Equinox, a time of new beginnings in the Celtic Wheel of the Year. If you’re into astrology, this is the start of the astrological year, so it's a perfect time for new beginnings and for setting goals and intentions for the year ahead.
What happens on the retreat?
We’ll be starting each day with an invigorating yoga practice and ending each day with restorative yoga or yoga nidra. We’ll be taking long, mindful walks through the countryside, taking time for meditation, time to rest, time to sit in the sauna, time to chat and learn from each other, and there is always laughter.
What accommodation is available?
Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin/double room. You do not need to bring a friend, I will assign you a suitable roommate. Should you prefer your own room, there is a single supplement for a maximum of two people (in their own rooms). You can expect cosy country cottage-style accommodation. We will be sharing toilets and shower rooms. While basic, everything is kept to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and comfort.

What People Say About This Retreat
"Time spent on retreat with Kate is time well spent. I’ve been on 3 retreats now and wish I could go every year to every one! You will come away feeling refreshed, grounded and present. The pace is perfectly planned with lots of yoga, some outdoor activity like walking, kayaking or surfing, time spent connecting over delicious food and time for you alone if you choose. I can’t recommend her retreats enough 🥰"
