I have been practising yoga in its many forms for 18 years. I qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor (RYT 200+) in 2012 with further Teen Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, Yin Yoga teacher training in 2016, Children's Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, and Yoga for Stages of the Menopause Training in 2020.
I love to explore all forms of yoga and get creative with my classes, fusing what I’ve learned over the years from numerous teachers with my own style and mixing it into my classes in a fun, energetic, nourishing and nurturing way.
I teach a combination of gentle Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a more dynamic and physically challenging form of Yoga which strengthens and increases flexibility in the body and relieves tension and stress in the mind.
Yoga is for EVERYBODY. Young and old, flexible and inflexible, fit and unfit, male and female!
Therefore, I teach a number of different yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities.
